Last time one was scheduled, out of 8-10 folks who said would be there none showed and the OP was the only one there!

Anyway, i find it a lot safer and more relaxing shooting by myself then with a bunch of "Arm-Chair" Commando's! LOL

Sounds good. Weekends are best for me. Am guessing that mornings would be least crowded, but it could be a wrong guess. Anyway, I have trouble getting out early so am not specifically suggesting early times. :)

I've been carting around some guys 357 magnum reloads for months hoping to catch him up there. I can't quite place his name, but I know him when I see him. I think its John.

Weekends are great. You can never guess when the place will be crowded. I've went on a Saturday afternoon and had the whole place to myself. I've went on Thursday and couldn't get in. You just have to go and see. We need to install a webcam.

I would be up for it also.what kind of yardage do they have at the range.I dont live 10min from there and have never been to it.several of us that shoot together made our own range on a friends property on jones crossing rd outside whitwell.wish I would have known they had a range up there it would have saved a lot of time.

unfortunately I won't be able to be there...I have drill that Saturday (TN State Guard). I hope this time is just the "first" and that perhaps next time I'll be able to join in with you all - I've got some new toys to shoot and always like to see what everyone else is binging with them!

could we go for the next weekend to accommodate Robert? That would be Feb 12th. any objections? You just had to go and join the guard didn't you. lol

No problems with me.

Hey...I appreciate it guys but whatever works for the majority is fine...one thing I had to come to grips a long time ago when "scheduling" anything is that you'll NEVER be able to pick a date that works for everyone!

I joined a year ago looking for a way to still serve. Besides, they don't have enough enlisted folks so they need new 2nd Lieutenants like me to kick around so that the work actually gets done! Jokes aside, there are a lot of great people in the guard and I'm glad to be part of it even if it does interfere with my play time now and then.

I put it on the list for Feb 12. Will try to get my lazy butt out of bed early enough to get there.
