My name is Chris, I just moved from Clarksville to Hendersonville. I'm 25 years old. I was active duty Army until February 2010, then I swapped over to National Guard, and I work in Madison. I had a Ruger SR9 and a Maverick 88 Series 12ga with M4 style buttstock (I bought it like that, but still worked great for skeet shooting even with a 20in barrel. I had to get rid of them back in early 2010 unfortunately but I'm looking at buying another 12ga and another 9mm for a carry weapon eventually. I'm not really a "NooB" when it comes to firearms, but I don't know a whole ton about specifics. I joined this site to learn and to meet other gun enthusiasts in my area that I can go to the range with and such.

Thanks for the warm welcoming guys. Do you guys have any type of site meets or anything? I've been looking around but didn't really see much for up coming events or anything.

Keep watching for the area shoot and meets, there are several. We also have a group that clean up a section of Vietnam Vets every quarter. If interested, contact 56Fordguy and you can help us with the next clean up and meet some of the crew.
