I love Jason Statham movies they are what action movies are meant to be entertainment through beating/killing the bad guys, blowing stuff up, driving fast and o ya the girl. Ya they will never be oscar winners but I think his movies are great.

If you are into more "deep" action movies the expendables is freakin great not original by any means but its a good story

I love Jason Statham movies - they absolutely crack me up (and I'm talking, on that "Crank" and "Crank 2" level). This should be a fun one - I've never *not* enjoyed one of his movies, besides that piece of crap that he was in with Jet Li, or Chow Yun Fat, of whomever it was a few years ago.

Kubrick, yes, Lynch... well, I find them more like a book with the pages out of order. A book that wasn't that good to begin with. You wind up thinking about it for a couple of days to get your mind wrapped all around it, then you wonder why you bothered.

that was my point they are not supposed to be deep but I will look into your suggestion.
