Using a 5.56mm / .223 suppressor on a .22 rifle is quite effective. However, suppressors designed for 5.56mm centerfire rifles are going to be much heavier than suppressors designed for .22 rimfire pistols or rifles. (Think 20-25 oz, compared to 3-5 ounces.) Since most .22 rimfire rifles aren't very heavy, you'd end up with a rifle that is very front heavy.

That said, if you're looking to use one suppressor on multiple guns, there are viable options to consider. Give me a call during the week, and we can discuss some of those options. If you'd like, I'll be happy to give you a demo of several various suppressors.

thanks ETS:)

I will call you if not next week ,,week after for sure.

suppressor will be used for target shooting only ,,so weight isn't a problem.
