NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A serial robber was killed after a shootout with police.

At the GameStop in Antioch Friday night, police say the robber went into the store and held up four employees at gunpoint. Police were waiting outside.

Undercover officers had been watching Anthony Caruthers for two weeks after police got a tip he was involved in several robberies over the last month. Police also believe he is the gunman who killed Salvador Amador from South Nashville in October.

Sounds like he got exactly what he was looking for. It's too bad it had to end this way but better this than one of the police or gamestop workers or customers getting injured or worse.
