Nice, all I saw was afew squirrels and a big Red-Tailed Hawk.

And yes it is nice to have a place to hunt. I am very lucky because I own 18 acres about a mile down the road, and the 3 hundred plus acre farm right out my back door I have premisson to hunt.

A yote ran across the road in front of me, in front "On Target' in Murfreesboro last night. Guess he was over there trying to eavesdrop on the hunter's latest coyote hunting tactics! Sure wish Tennessee allowed night yote hunting.

I got this one this afternoon right at dusk. Male yote. Sort of a little guy. 125 yards with my 17HMR. Got its interest with my new FoxPro Spitfire but the thing froze up on me or something and had to get him to commit with a Primos Hot Dog mouth call. Never leave home without a backup. And the 17 should not be under-rated either. I know some of you aren't the biggest fan of it but the proof is in the pudding.

This may be off topic but can you use electronic calls on predators in Tennessee? I know you can't on deer, turkey's and such but for some reason I was thinking you could for predator control.

Nice coyote!!! I sent you a message on how to help the freezing up issue with the foxpro. Yes dbierman you can use electronic calls for predators except for foxes.

Also I believe you can use e-callers for deer. This is from the TWRA website, says nothing about e-callers being illegal for deer(At least I can't find it):

Haha I have gave away 5 puppies since yesterday got tons of emails and phone calls. Then i get a call saying I got a new job, then went and took a pre employment drug screen. My mind has been everywhere today haha.
