Cheapest source for complete AR rifle

I build all of mine but I have a friends who's mother is wanting to buy him one. It would be easier for me to tell her to call and order one rather than go through the process of ordering from a bunch of different vendors.

I don't care about brand as long as it isn't Hesse, Blackthorne or Vulcam Arms.

I got a DPMS at a good price about a year ago. I haven't looked at prices recently but I'd hope to find one around $600.

Del ton is a very cheap AR. Good quaility also. Just google there name and you can check them out.
