remember Kalifornia is broke, they had to borrow from next door. I still suggest they use a reusable blunt club for several reason.

1. They can get it from a Dead Tree, no need to kill a living tree.

2. It is carbon neutral.

3. It is reusable. They should love that part, recycling and all.

4. If they use it more the twice they will be at a net gain on carbon and down on crime.
