Mag Cap?

I know our carry permit is just that a carry permit. However is there a restriction on the mag. cap? I was just wondering since an Ar 15 styled pistol is still a handgun but it will hold a 30 round mag.

Actually they make great vehicle guns.They are classified as handguns so you are legal to have one loaded next to you on your seat.Imagine the look on a carjacker's face when you point it at him:eek:

I've been thinking about it and I think it's a bad idea to use it as a "truck gun" I think over penetration would be a b.

You could get one with a 100 round drum magazine and an eotech and a sling, and carry it around youe neck. Now thats OC.

However, that would probably prompt new legislation in our 'guilty of a crime that might be possibly committed until proven innocent way beyond a reasonable doubt' legal system.

I'm surprised the mall ninjas haven't tried this yet.......

Over penetration? a .223 ? That would be the day, the round is designed to disintegrate upon impact (the anti personnel rounds). I think it would be a great "trunk" gun, or front seat!

Neither did I,

But on the other hand, anyone who has shot one (plr 16) know you would be deaf if you had to shoot from inside of the truck:eek:. The thing is really loud.
