I know how I personally feel,

Yet with doin some research, I was perplexed....

I will speak for myself, "I wanted Harry Reid" tossed out...

Ok, so I started to research it alittle more.... Harry Reid is a "stark" 2nd ammendment supporter, yet he is willing to do "alot" of things that the "American" people don't agree with. Ok.

I cringed when he was re-elected, I could not understand why? So, like I said, started to "look" into it. Well, (I think we all know that Nevada is a pro- 2nd ammend state.), well, ironicly so is their senator.?

Yet he wishes to impliment things that the rest of the ammerican people don't agree with.

Now, yes he has been re-elected,

Would it have been better that he was not?

Would it have been better that Feinstein was Sen. Maj. leader? (Who is anti 2nd ammend.?)

I don't know? What are the boards thoughts?

Just trying to get us all thinking......

Let me also ask you all this? Why is that not a "headline" ? Did the people in Nevada know something that we all did not? (Just asking) I know he is the "ear mark" King......

Well, what are your thoughts?

are you telling me that I am the only one who thought of this? If I am, I will give it up.

You might have a point......

The reason Reid got elected was because the GOP and Tea Party managed to weed out the one person in all of Nevada who couldn't defeat him.

Personally, I think he is playing both sides just to stay in office, as long as he continues to support gun owners and the 2nd with zeal and conviction, (feigned or not) he knows most gun owners will look the other way on most everything else.

Feinstein probably wouldn't have been the majority leader. More likely Schumer or Durbin. I'd prefer to have none of the above. Hopefully in 2 years that will be the case. As has been said, the only reason he won was he didn't haven't much competition. In general I like the Tea Party ideals, but they gotta do a better job of screening candidates. We lost in Delaware for the same reason.

1) Reid was reelected for several reasons. First, the media very successfully portrayed Sharon Angle as radical. Second, the SEIU and unions are VERY strong in Las Vegas, and have a very strong voting block there. Third, the NRA muddied the waters for gun owners and conservatives by coming out with an initial statement in support of Reid. Lastly, he flat out cheated. There are strong allegations that voting was rigged; pre-loaded voting machines, false absentee ballots, etc.

2) Chuckie Schumer was already having new business cards printed up as Senate Majority Leader. If Reid HAD been defeated, It would have been Schumer as the leading Democrat in the Senate.

3) As for the GOP 'screening' candidates, it's their excellent selection process that led directly to putting the Democrats in power and Obama getting elected. The Tea Party is not a single organization. And it is not a political party. It is a collection of like-minded groups that have banded together to achieve political purposes. If you think that Sharon Angle and Christine O'Donnell were bad candidates, then you have willingly swallowed the crap that the Democrats fed you. Compared to their rivals, they were great candidates!

Yup. Typical politician. Play both sides and increase your votes.

He's not as dumb as he looks.
