Nikon M223

Any experience with the Nikon M223? I can't decide between the 1-4x or the 2-8x. Is the 2-8 gonna be too big for a 16 inch AR? I'm open to other ideas. I have an Eotech on another rifle and need some optics for a rifle I just built. I think $300 is about the right price range.

i have checked them out on the venders tables at matches before. i personally do not like the recticle on the1 x4 to big. the 2 x 8 was nice but set up for 55 grain.

i am sure the quality is very good just get the one that best fits your need.
