When I hear Chester County I think about the early 70's when I worked in Selmer & Jackson. Henderson was in-between and had a place called Robertson or Robinson's Pawnshop, a good place to buy & trade guns. I think the son Wayne, took it over from his father. Is that old pawnshop still there? Still a good gun place?

Howdy E P, Welcome from your neighbor north, the rat hole of Jackson.

It was Robertsons Trading Post in Henderson. They were still going strong the first of the year and doing a lot of business on Gun Broker, but the last time I tried to call the number did not work and I have not seen anything from them on GunBroker either in the past few months. I have no idea of what happened but someone told me that they had changed their name but could not remember what it was.

Slim, their still open, but only do internet sales now. Got to make an appt to go in and look at guns. i think this took effect in November. Was in there a couple days ago.

Who is running it now? Is it still in the family? I first bought guns from the old man who's name escapes me; Then from Wayne. It's been a long long time but I remember Wayne to be an honest, trustworthy young man.
