You can park in any of the state lots, after 5:00pm.

And I have it on good authority that the state employees would certainly appreciate being given enough time to get the hell out'a town before the crowds descend. ;)

You don't have to worry about that at all......The State Employee lots are usually empty by 1:15 Central....As soon as they get back from lunch and shut their computers down..........As onlt witnessed from experience.......from one who used to date a State Employee........In Nashville............not very far from the stadium...........

My wife's a supervisor in one of the state offices, and she begs to differ. As a matter of fact, HER people had better not be gone by then, or there will be hell to pay.

Also, you WILL get ticketed for parking in the state lots before 5:00pm.

No offense, but of all the State employee's I know, your Wife must desreve a raise because I have yet to meet one that works a full day...................Maybe East TN is now different from the Nashville I knew.....It does not happen much unless they are Po-Po's or FireFolk.........

Yes she does, but that's another matter.

Also, there's been a big crack-down on employees and their time, and them accurately reporting it. Things have changed a lot since the economy went to ;). People are now getting fired - and I mean escorted out of the building - for not being where they are claiming to be, or claiming leave they haven't earned.

Oh, and if you know of state employees not working their full schedule but getting paid for it any way... here's the number to call: 1-800-232-5454

Well here is hoping she get that raise......I would never name offices/names, but I have not seen that sort of fiscal responsibilty in E. TN.....I am sure it is going to find its way here via sheer gravity, but what all my friends and I were discussing tonight was one word, entitlement.....All inclusive and locally more county and city officals/employees......

Again for your Bride, no disrespect meant.

I was going to pop the top on a can of "smart ass" and suggest that you just "park it" in front of your HD-TV and watch the game at home...but since you're actually really going to the game...I got nothing. Were the tickets FREE or at least DISCOUNTED? Just saying.

I tend to park in the Printer's Alley parking garage whenever I'm visiting Lower Broad. There's almost always plenty of parking and it's usually very convenient to get out of.

2 Points is hardly a THUMPIN did you even see the game?

At one point the score was 24 - 0. That's a thumpin'.

Yeah, the Titans tried to make a come-back, but since they only seemed to play the last half of the game instead of the whole thing... well... :)

A final score of 45-3 What the Patriots did to the Jets last Monday night is what most football fans call a Thumpin, so the Titans suck ass this year, I still attend every home game when i am not at work and always will I guess I am one of the few true fans on this forum as I would continue to support them even if they lost every game

Support 'em all you want, but the fact remains... the Titans suck.

They've lost too many or the right people, and kept too many of the wrong ones. Until that changes, they're gonna continue to suck.

Oh, and one of the biggest helps they could get would be for that old fart that owns 'em to either fall over, retire, or otherwise quit interfering with the coaching staff. That would go a long way toward fixing their problems.
