She just called and they said hers was issued on Jan 25th and she should get it with in 2 weeks of that date.

Called today, permit was issued today. They said 1-2 weeks from now I should be getting it. Does any have experience on shorter time frames from date of issue?

Got mine today!!!

So lets see, my fingerprints were done on the 21st of Dec. I was issued on the 28th of Jan. and got it today on the 2nd of Feb. so it was 6 weeks and one day from prints and 5 days from issue.
