Anyone going to hunt turkeys during the window of opportunity. I am going to do a combo hunt. Since I have to use my shotgun right now on coyotes, I might as well kill me some turkeys if I get the chance while out in the woods. Were allowed 6 either sex here in Rutherford County. Here is the info Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency - Turkey.

I haven't seen turkeys on the property since bow season. I don't know where they went. But a "combo hunt" sounds fun.

The turkeys on my property disappeared as well. I haven't seen any for weeks.

I went this morning didn't see anything except a bunch of red squirrels. I did however find a couple of rubs and a few scraps that fairly new. I haven't hunted deer on this part of the property yet so looking forward to getting back out.
