I saw the same one that JohnnyFox mentioned at WD's yesterday, it was $679, I also looked at one at CCA but I can't remember the price for sure I was just too enamored with the gun to remember the price. I talked with the guys at South Clinton Pawn, they didn't have any in but thought when they did get one it would be in the low to mid 600's.

They are all over gun broker starting at $585 BIN. I offered a local shop $600 and they accepted. It's tough for the local shops to compete against the internet but they did in this case. They had $729 on the price tag.

When I looked at them on the link you posted, it made me want one, but after I went to the gun show and saw one, I discovered I'm really very happy with my XDSC. It doesn't seem like it's that much of a change (other than 19 rounds) and I can't find anything wrong with my XDSC.

When I looked over one, it seemed heavier than the XDsc. I'm not sure about specific specs, but it just seemed like a brick. Which can be good or bad depending on what you like.

I saw both the black and two toned versions today at Frontier Firearms in Kingston. Prices were similar to WD's... $680ish for two toned, and $620ish for black. Very nice guns but I decided to go for the xd-sc .40 S&W. I don't own a 9mm yet and this would make a great choice I think... someday.
