I wanted to take a minute and say hello and introduce myself. My name is Scott, I live in the Franklin area and have been lurking on this site for a little while. I've only recently (about 2 years ago) become interested in guns...especially the CZ line. My first handgun was an XDM .40 which I liked until I held a CZ P01. The XDM went by-by and I now have the P01, an SP01 and just acquired a 40P which I absolutely love.

I just completed my paperwork and fingerprinting for my carry license last week so like some others here it's time to sit back and stare at the mailbox.

I have already learned a great deal from all of you here and hope to be able to help someone here in the future.

Hello Scott congrats on being legal.

I’m worry about my wife who has also completed the process and it just kills me how her and her right to carry are suspended waiting to be granted the privilege to protect herself.

What’s worse is many think more restraint should be in place, sad, sad mindset.

Thanks CJK! yeah the CZ thing has become a sickness it seems. I see you compete in IDPA, what class and what pistol? I am interested in competitive shooting but haven't had the time as of yet.
