Just for fun, this is from the police department in Berlin. How to handle yourself in threatening situations....could have been written for New York, too, I suppose. Anyway, I think I like our Tennessee ways better....

Just hold out your and say "STOP" in a commanding voice then ask the potential perpetrator if he is not having happy-happy joy-joy thoughts today.

Soooo many things wrong with this. Set limits? Really? "Ok so you can rob me but no touchy touchy mister!" Our country may not be perfect but GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Of course, Liberal, Socialistic, just do nothing and let the officials come in and handle the problem. We are getting that way in many places in our own country.
