Christmas present for the kiddo

Several months ago my son (finally!) got interested in learning how to shoot. He's been learning with a Mossberg Plinkster. I told him if he remained interested *and* demonstrated he could be safe, I'd get him something "tactical looking" for Christmas.

Here's what I ended up with:

Ruger 10/22

Tapco Intrafuse Stock

E-Bay muzzle brake

To-be-added: a couple of 25rd magazines

Some sort of optic.

Affordable combo and I think it meets the cool-factor he's looking for. Thanks to Phantom6 for getting me a great deal on the 10/22 and stock.

I think your son is gonna be mighty happy with "Santa" this year....:)

Yeah, I kept thinking how happy I'd be if Santa brought me one too. Then again, I'll still have unlimited shooting rights to this one for several more years. :)
