Refinished Grips

Didn't like the orange stock grips on the RIA 1911 so I sanded them down to reveal some good looking wood. My brother the finish wizard did the rest.

That looks really good, I've seen where some others over on 1911forum have done the same to their grips. Here's what I did with my RIA grips, took them off and put on some Wilson Combats.

Thanks man I really like them. The Pearce finger grooves were also a really nice addition over the smooth front strap. This is my first 1911, so far so good!
