If a survivor happened upon the domicile of a typical TGO member who wasn't quite quick enough to survive the initial outbreak, he would find enough guns & ammo to start WWIII. :)

Yeah, but that I ain't gonna happen. Lol

Lmao I'm going to shoot with KB4NS this morning and I was looking at just what I'm taking to the range and thought "Hmm. Zombie survival starter kit!"

"Avoid big citys!!!"

There aren't z's around... yet. However I still like to avoid big cities even Nashville is getting too big for me.

This show's zombie life cycle (or death cycle)-- Apparently the zombies will eat anything down to the bone. Therefore, any person cleanly killed, would be immediately eaten and could not become a zombie?

Apparently the only source of new zombies, zombie reproduction, would be people who get bitten or get zombie slime in open sores. But they manage to escape being eaten and then die after escaping? Dying in a location safe from becoming a zombie snack?

The zombie propagation cycle seems to vary in different shows. In Dawn Of The Dead, zombies would kill aggressively but not necessarily immediately eat the victim. Freshly dead victims would instantly reanimate into fast-moving rabidly aggressive zombies. Older zombies seemed to slow down, but the newly animated zombies were rather formidable.

Definatly watched the first "season opener". Haven't had the time to watch any others yet. Most of the "idiocies" from the first episode a have already been mentioned.....

Can't wait till the weekend when I have time to watch more....

My wife watched part of it tonight on the DVR. She said she didn't like it. Gonna be a shame to have to divorce her.

Watch it with her sister.

I swear to God... when will these morons learn some semblance of noise discipline?!?

  • Driving a car with a blaring alarm siren to their base camp? Check.

  • Cutting up and carrying on at the lake? Check.

  • Honking the horn on the delivery van impatiently? Check.

Maybe they'll just decide to march into Atlanta with an oompa loompa band before the season is over.

I hate to disagree but, and as far as I know this is a fact, you're never cooler than when you are backed up by an oompa loompa band.

Finally watched Ep. 3. *yawn*. 1 zombie in the woods, and a couple poking their heads through a door. I thought this was a zombie show, not Desperate Housewives Lose Electricity.

You guys are killing me with this "soap opera" bull****. Its a SERIES not a movie and the comics specifically focus more on the human aspect of survival. Did you really think it was going to be a whole series of Kentucky cop kills the undead??? Wouldn't you be trying to stay AWAY from the zombies as much as possible? The zombies are a plot device, that's it.

^^^^

what he said lol. Regardless it's a TV show, with Zombies. No other show like it has ever been made. Well, besides the British crap. Even with the plot I'll still be watching the hell outta of it
