Changing a Windows User Name?

I am logged in under a previous users name with administrator rights. Is it a big deal to change the users name to mine and delete the other user without crashing all kinds of stuff or having Windows throw a fit? (XP)

The cleaner way is to go into the user account control panel and add an account for yourself first and then remove the other user. XP should let you change the name, though assuming you have full administrative privileges.

msake sure you make the new account an ADMIN! before deleteing the other. or just dont delete the other just in case.
