I've been thinking about doing this for a while, my wife hasn't been too supportive but since I had today off I figured what better day to take on this little project. It's a 07 Silverado and I'll let the pictures tell the rest of it.

Don't mind the bugs on the front, the coated site was cleaned and prepped properly.

Not necessarily. 2 door models in 2007 were made in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Crew Cabs were built in Oshawa, Ontario or Silao, Mexico. I can't recall when they moved from Canada to Mexico. Now both 2 and 4 are being built in Flint, Michigan, in additon to 4's in Mexico and 2's in Fort Wayne. Sometimes a Honda is more American made than a Chevy.

Either way, nice work on that bowtie.
