Zero Tolerance 302

I bought this one from the JD forum classifieds. What a tank of a knife. For those not familiar with Zero Tolerance, these knifes are a collaborative effort between Strider Knives and Ken Onion. The blade is S30V.

A Zero Tolerance knife is at the top of list of things to buy when I win the lottery. Handled a few at SMKW last summer, like you said they are tanks!

Do you carry it? It seems a little large for EDC

It is a little large for EDC although I have carried it once or twice. I think for me it will be better suited for hiking where I can throw it in a daypack or as a backup knife when camping.

Kong: What's your handle over at the JD? I'm a regular over there.

ZT is great stuff made by one of the best production facilities out there, and designed by three of the best makers out there for that sort of thing. And they support Paralyzed Veterns of America to boot!

Great knife,I have had a few in different colors.

As for the price IMO my knife should be as good as the gun I carry.

Very well said, I love my 300 series ZT's worth every cent and then some

I saw your post almost a month ago. I am not all that familiar with ZT knives, but I thought your knife was really cool and looks very well made. I have been looking to replace my Benchmade Presidio edc for quite some time due to absolutely destroying it. I have been to a couple of gun shows looking for one, but everyone wanted almost full retail for one. Maybe its just me, but gun show prices always seem to be high. While still expensive, I found one at what seemed to be a fairly decent deal so I ended up getting the ZT 300. I like the all black version. I hope it will be a good one. Thanks for posting.

I've really enjoyed mine so far Mav. I'm also pretty pumped about the new 550 they have coming out. It's a collaboration with Rick Hinderer.

Well, I just got in my 300 this evening. It is very nice, but it is a lot bigger from what I remembered. It looks like a very well made knife, and I hope to get a lot of use out of it.
