+1 Georgia Arms

Well I went to Gander Mountain on Monday just to do a general browsing and noticed they had 4 boxes of .41 Remington Magnum (havent seen any in stores for over 18mos). No I know in the last couple years Remington has raised their prices to MSRP $52 for a box of 50. That in itself is outragous, but when i asked the gentleman how much they were, it rang up $69.99! Now I know Gander Mtn has higher prices on almost everything but $20 markup is jaw dropping. However, the salesman was nice and said I should check out Georgia Arms at the gun show or online. Well by coincidence I was sent to Georgia for work and just stopped by the Georgia Arms factory. They had plenty of New .41 Magnum for $23/50rounds. Met the owner and he was really nice and even said that if the price of brass and bullets would go down a little his prices would follow. even though I haven't fired any ammo yet,

+1 For Georgia Arms and fair pricing

Gander Mountain is the epitome of ripoff. If people would quite spending money there maybe they would close and we could get an Academy.

I've got their 45 Colt. It's awesome and glad to hear others are having good luck with other calibers. Nice to hear that their customer service is as good in person as it's seemed to me online! Enjoy!
