Do gunbelts with inserts pose any problems with air travel ? I have an aker and a blackhawk both with inserts, don't really know what material. Will they cause me any problems during screening.I always put everything change ,jewelry etc in my carry on to avoid hassle. Never worn one in the past these are just dress belts that I wear daily

+1 for the buckle. Most of the inserts are kydex (I think) so they shouldn't pose any problems.

I fly with mine all the time, and have never had to take it off - even with the buckle. It won't cause an issue with screening. If they ask you to take it off, just send it through.

Thanks for the feedback I didn't think they would. Now if I can get my wife to take off "O they won't set it off bracelets". Its bad enough trying to put on my shoes and keeping up with my stuff and have to help her stuff while shes fooling with jewelry.

But I have been blessed with a great wife (2nd) and won't complain
