I really see no point in this thread going much further. Facts:

1. Jack's ban was temporary and has been lifted by me several days ago. Whether he chooses to come back or not is up to him. He's welcome to do so.

2. My door is always open to anyone who has a concern about the way things are done. Neither I or any of the moderators are perfect so I'm open to constructive criticisms as long as they are constructive.
