For some odd reason I've decided to buy a banjo, so I went to Youtube and searched Earl Scruggs and just let the videos play in order.

Yep the ears are un-offended as the eyes behold what could be the most talented fiddler in the galaxy! She passed the audition just by walking out on stage!

I like most all music. It is difficult to hear top40 country or top40 anything but there are many listenable country genres-- Trad western swing, slick jazz-flavored steel geetar bands, Brent Mason type pickin. Yet bluegrass somehow seems closest to "country jazz".

Just got back from The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I told the kids they just received the greatest history lesson they'll ever get. It's definitely worth the trip.
