De Staat: Witchdoctor

Thanks Rob, I hadn't heard of De Staat and have been listening to him for the past two days. More good music to add to the rotation. :)

Not bad for only 10 years old

Wow!! But can you believe the kids sitting watching? Not a head bop among them. Heck I was bouncing in my chair watching this.

Been a Zac Brown fan since I first heard them. So smooth and mellow county and Jimmy Buffet blend.

Of the 3 Kings, I gotta say Freddie may just be my favorite. BB was better at making a man feel his pain, but man this song gets me jumping every time.

Pretty good! I like almost all types of music, and I go thru cycles of what I listen to. It drives my wife crazy.

But there's a lot to enjoy in all the blues guys from 40's thru the early 70's.

Then last night, I was jumping link to link and found some Levon Helm and The Band. Spent about an hour with it.

Just loved the sweet smokey, soulful, voice of Levon's. I sure miss him. Edited by hipower

Hey just an FYI, that Adele album dropped! I'd wait a few more days maybe and see if a deluxe version comes. They always have a few acoustic songs and she's best that way.

Thanks, I was thinking of going to Target today and picking it up. But I can wait.

Well you never know. They might have a "special edition". Target does that a lot. I was reading last night and they've actually shipped 3.6 million albums. Which is the most in a long time.

New release from ELO.  Sounds like 1974 (which IMHO is a good thing) :pleased:

Long time Jeff Lynne fan here... nice tip to his Traveling Wilbury days buried in that video.

McRad

I felt nostalgic today and dug out some OLD stuff  {for my age group}.  Punk rock ain't for everyone.  Yeah, I was one of those little punks tearing up your picnic tables and parking blocks back in the 80's.  LOL!

God, I forgot how smooth Ray Barbie was, and a goofy foot at that.  Guys like him and Rodney Mullen still can't be topped by kids today.  In the case of Mullen, not even CLOSE.
