I don't remember who I was having the conversation with, but at the mid tn get together we were talking about the video clips of some guy shooting a T-rex rifle and it blowing him back. Well, here's a couple minutes of clips of people shooting that beast!

I think they're halfway faking it. I've seen other videos of people shooting the T-Rex and the recoil doesn't seem to bother them anywhere near that much.

Note the importance of proper stance here. The guys who leaned back all ended up on the floor. The last guy had a slight forward lean and he held his balance. The guys sitting down had the best approach, but even they have sore shoulders!

These aren’t “4-Boresâ€.

4-Bores had a bore diameter of nearly an inch the “4†refers to 4 balls per pound of lead.

A Guy in Michigan is making “4 Bore†rounds from cut down 20mm cases with a 2000 grain bullet
