Tired of bad choices in elections?

I am. Have any of you ever considered a run for office? I don't have the temperment or people skills to pull it off, but I'm sure some of you would. You'd have backing here.

Too expensive, plus, I don't want the scrutiny that comes with a run for public office.

You'll need a more southern name, like maybe Bubba Strelbo. Other than that, you can probably get elected.

Being Pro-Gun won’t get you elected. If it would we would still have someone in the Governors race.

The main thing working voters are looking at now is jobs and the economy. Politicians can make all the promises they want about that because in the end they don’t control the economy; the people do.

The non-working and very poor class (The class I am afraid is going to decide the elections) is looking for what the government can do for them, handouts and government Healthcare.

Politicians can’t help us; its up to the people.

hmm. I have been asked twice, to run for local office. People with the contacts and money backing to make it happen, who were serious.

I said no, twice.

Why?

Having studied politics, I find it lacking, stressful, untruthful, and immoral.

Add the exposure of you, your family, and even anyone remotely connected to you, plus the way the lies are thrown, no thanks, I would rather not.
