Need help identifying knife

This knife came from my FIL's collection. I've googled until I can't see straight and haven't been able to find out a thing about it. I know, obviously, that it's an Imperial brand knife, and I know that it's 9" overall. Anyone know any more about it? Like when these were made, value, etc?

Wow. I didn't realize it was a set. My FIL was rather crafty with leather, so I assumed he made the sheath. Thanks for the help guys!!

Here's the set. He took really good care of it. If you look closely, you can even see on the folder where it's oiled.

Thank you. So where is the best place to find values? I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, but seeing the crappy knife by itself going for over $100 makes me wonder what this set might be worth. :)
