Knoxville Convention Center

I ran a search and came up dry.

I'm going to be spending the next couple of days down at the Convention Center. Anybody know if this place is posted? Thanks.

Are you talking about that place kinda under the Holiday Inn near the Sunsphere?

If so the Park outside is a city park and therefore a no go, even if not posted. under the pre 1986 laws.

Not certain about the Knoxville Convention Center it's self.

I'm talking about the Convention Center itself - I know about the park. However, the city's website seems to indicate that the Convention Center is in the park. - I guess that answers it.

I think you have Convention Center confused with Expo Center or something.

Never been a gun show in the Convention Center to my knowledge, if that's what you were suggesting.

Actually, they used to have gun shows in the old convention center underneath the Holiday Inn next door. A long, long time ago.

theres also the Jacob's building close to the zoo there used to be gunshows by mike holloway there

There are still gunshows there several times per year.

The Knoxville Convention Center in question is downtown, on Henley Street, on the World's Fair site. The Sun Sphere is in its "back yard".

Yeah expo center DUH LOL but I could have sworn back in the day they had one at the convention center to.
