Costomized Creationz

I received an e-mail saying that my P238 trigger was shipped and my card was charged. This order was cancelled about a year ago. Originally my order was taken over the phone and I was told it would ship out in a week. A week later I got an e-mail saying it would be shipped in 6 weeks, that's when I cancelled the order. I received another e-mail asking if I wanted to continue the order or cancel. I replied cancel. Another e-mail came about continue or cancel, I replied Cancel the order again. So now out of the blue, my card was charged and the trigger is shipped. Anyone else have any say on this or about Customized Creations? This really steams me up. They might have good products, I don't know, but their office situation is very bad and must be unorganized.

Both and any chance you still have those emails, your credit card company may ask you for them or some kind of proof.

The cc company will ask the seller for proof. If they're unable to provide that proof, then the seller will be out the money.

i had them put on a cerakote coating on a P225, and i wasn't very happy with the finished product. we emailed and called back and forth a few times, but weren't able to resolve the issue. they never offered a solution; just kept asking questions about what i didn't like about it and how a coating isn't the same thing as a new finish. they seemed to be ok with me shipping it back from them to look at, but never even actually offered that. i wasn't going to pay shipping both ways (overnight only according to FedEx) on a "we'll take a look, i guess."

they did follow up more than once, so i'll give them that, but they never actually offered to fix the problem or make it right in any way. i would not recommend using them after my experience.

No calls back, but an e-mail came today. They say no record of a cancellation. That's very bad office management. I called with the cancellation, and replied to Two seperate e-mails with cancellation. The e-mail today said if I don't want it, send it back, and I would be credited. I used a debit card, so when I call the bank I'll get their info. They want me to pay shipping both ways! This company is a joke and I would recommend staying away from them!
