I wanted a good light for home defense. So I bought a coleman max flash light at walmart for like $25-$30 (dont really remember).......boy is this thing bright!!! one led, 115 lumnes, waterproof, alum body, and claimed 100 hours run time on (3) AAA batteries!! WHAT A BARGAN!! it also has a red led and a blue led. I was really surprised that it throws a nice spot at distance as well. Anyone else have one of these? I'm really really pleased with this little light.

I saw that one when looking for a new light that was more battery friendly that 123's, but ending up with a Coast LED Lenser. It claims 105 lumens from 3 AAA batteries, and a focusing bezel to adjust from flood to spot. Also claims it runs for 120 hours but too new to know about that yet. So far pretty pleased with it.

I also have a Coleman flashlight from Walmart. I really like it. I use it all the time at work. It's super bright.
