I'm taking my Multi-Checkride today, and was wondering if anyone wanted to chat about Vmc or any type of Multi-Engine Aerodynamics, or give me some advice... :)

F.A.Q.

1 - What's Vmc?

1A - The minimum airspeed that a pilot can have directional control of the aircraft with the critical engine inoperative.

Hope it went well. I wish I'd have read this before you went. The biggest piece of advise I could have given you is don't panic and get in a rush. Calmly react and methodically perform. Its can you do it safely and not how quick you can do it.

After the checkride, it was weird getting to fly with both engines producing thrust. I know my knee really liked it better than the one engine stuff. I hope somebody got around to lubricating the durn rudder trim wheel over there. It was so freakin hard to turn when I went through it was basically useless.

Alright... Long Day Yesterday with Checkride and Ferrying to RNC and then to Nashville for the "All For The Hall" Concert...

I passed my Checkride, everything went well. Yes, it was with Bill Barton, and we talked about stupid things pilots do when they're bored more than any part of the oral on Multi's or aerodynamics or anything... It was cool getting to log PIC coming back along the way, and now, all I have to do is a flight or two in a complex (anyone got one they'd lemme fly for gas and a little extra :)) and get a CFI job somewhere...

Thanks guys!
