Home made paper target holder

My father-in-law and I would like to make a silhouette paper target holder. My father-in-law knows how to weld, but needs plans to make one.

Has anyone made a target holder? If so, do you have the dimensions, pictures, or plans? We are currently looking into making it out of angle iron.

Ideas? Suggestions?

I have seen people use PVC pipes to make stands that did the job nice. I bet Ohshoot or Mike.357 will have some input shortly.

I use the frame from a real estate sign. It is easy to transport and easy to store because it is flat. It sticks in the ground and I use clips to hold the target to it. The only draw back is it is not as tall as me so I feel like I'm practicing to shoot someone on their knees.

We're looking for something a little more permanent and may end up making something like this:

And either making it so the hanging target can be removed and paper targets can be placed or just an additional angle iron holder for paper targets.
