.357 Sig Barrel for a S&W 4006

I picked up a well carried but very tight S&W 4006. I like it. I like it a lot. I have a few of questions that other with more Smith experience may shed some light on.

1. Does anyone produce a .357 Sig barrel for 3rd gen smith autos?

2. Should I have any concerns about getting it Duracoated (I don't like shiny guns)

3. I have smaller hands and have tried the Pachmayr and Hogue Grips. Didn't like either. Does any one have thoughts over factory Straight backstrap grips vs. arched?

Bar-Sto made .357sig conversion barrels for the 4006 at one time, I know for sure... but they are not listed on the Bar-Sto site. It might be worth calling them, or scouring gunbroker, etc...
