Another Holster thread

I am currently using a cheap IWB holster that at first use was great but after the first full day of work and it rubbing me I have decided to get either an MTAC, Supertuck, or Kholster Crescent. MY question is about the back or the side that touches the body. I noticed the MTAC has another layer over the rivets used to hold it on. Can anyone who has tried more than one of these offer any insight on the comfort level of one over the other. I carry a Taurus PT111

I put medical sheep skin on the back of mine and it helps to hold it snug . Its a peel and stick add uses in football.

I have Crossbreeds and Kholsters. In the summer, I wear them without anything between the leather and my skin, and they have never been uncomfortable.

I carry my PT1911 in a Supertuck and my XD40 in a Kholster. Kholster is great for the price but the leather is much thinner than on the Supertuck. Also, on the Kholster, the ruff side is toward the gun, causing "leather lint" in the gun until the holster is fully worn in, and the smooth side towards the body seems to let it slide around a little more than you might expect unless you keep your belt fairly tight. The Supertuck has higher quality peace of leather and a more traditional setup with the smooth side towards the gun and ruff side against the body which I think helps keep it in place a little better. Both are comfortable enough to wear all day and conceal very well IMO. For the size guns I carry, I have not had any issues with weight distribution or printing.

i have a crossbreed supertuck and althought it is very very comfortable if I bend and twist ALOT during the day it does start to rub some. However I found if I wear an undershirt tucked in between the holster and me and it is PERFECT ALL day long.

I wished you carried a WALTHER PPS and were left handed because I bought the wrong supertuck the first time and didn't send it back so now I'd like to sell it.

I use a high noon Split Decision IWB, and no complaints from me.

I just got a belly band holster (cheapo off ebay) to see how I would like it, carried today with it, and it worked great. Has room for 2 guns + 2 mags. Will be doing it for a few more days and then upgrading to a galco or something similar.
