Open bracket img close bracket full url including http open bracket /img close bracket.

It's hard to describe it without actually posting a picture. It's that easy!

like this danetrain007.jpg

Dude,

If you right-click on the red x and select Properties you'll see the URL that you're posting.

What I see is this..........http://http//i837.photobucket.com/albums/zz292/laktrash/danetrain003.jpghttp//i837.photobucket.com/albums/zz292/laktrash/danetrain003.jpg"]

It should look like this....http://i837.photobucket.com/albums/zz292/laktrash/danetrain003.jpg

If the URL is formatted as above you can paste into the Insert Image tool.

Somehow the http:// prefix is getting added and the : after http of the good link is being lost.

Right click on one of the pictures already posted in this thread. Copy the image url ("copy image address") and paste it into your own post between the code.

OK, Here is a quick Pictorial How-To...

First, click on the icon with the image of a tree, highlighted here...

Capture10-11-2010-111610AM.jpg

Next, delete the "http://" that is highlighted...

Capture10-11-2010-111630AM.jpg

Now it looks like this...

Capture10-11-2010-111647AM.jpg

Copy and paste the url, or address, of your picture, "http://i837.photobucket.com/albums/zz292/laktrash/danetrain007.jpg"...

Capture10-11-2010-111721AM.jpg

Click the "OK" button and the picture will appear in the text box. It will look like this...

Capture10-11-2010-111741AM.jpg

That is one way to post a picture. Another, easier way, is to copy and paste the "IMG" code from Photobucket...

Capture10-11-2010-111915AM.jpg

The "IMG" code is highlighted here...

Capture10-11-2010-111942AM.jpg

Click on the "IMG" code and it should automatically copy, if not then right click on the code and click "Copy". Next, go back to TGO, put your cursor in the text box and right click, select "Paste." It will appear like this...

Capture10-11-2010-111832AM.jpg

Then, either add text, before or after the "IMG" code, or click the "Preview Post" button or the "Submit Reply" button.

I hope this helps.

Wow... Now all we need is a video... I would do one, but I'm not sure how to on here...

The problem I'm having is it won't let me delete the extra http://. This is basically the same way you copy links isn't It ? I can do that. I was going to try a different photo site or can you do it from picasa ? I again apologize for having so much trouble with something so simple

What type of site are you using to host it on?

Try Photobucket.
