Anyone Have Experience With This Safe?

I don't plan to get more than 1 or possibly 2 long guns + a shotgun. Main use would be several hand guns and quite a bit of ammo

If anyone has this safe, and can chime in, I would certainly appreciate it!

Couple Positives:

1. Not an electronic safe - I prefer the dial

2. Fire Resistant at 1200F for up to 30 minutes. While not the best, its better than no fire resistance like other similar priced units.

3. Large enough for my small assortment of firearms now, and enough room to add a few in the future.

That said, I'd encourage you to call the folks at The Safe House in Nashville. I recall seeing some Champion safes in their shop that were somewhere around that sort of price, and I've been very impressed by Champion safes, not to mention the customer service at The Safe House.
