THE LAWS ARE GRAY! They are gray on purpose. It allows the officer to use discretion. The problem is the decision making varies from officer to officer. I have had two officers from the same county give me opposite answers to the same question.

I think it's better to be safe than sorry. I won't use any that I am not sure are legal. I use the Jak Hammer SST too. It's been a good head for me.

Their responses are confusing to a point, I think the TWRA should address that a little better because I never seen anything that made reference to broadheads such as those.

If I understood it correctly the 2 bladed NAP Bloodrunners are Illegal. I"m glad that 94user made the post because I was about to purchase a set.
