My First Official Batch of Wine

I know there has been a few topics about who makes homebrew. Just wanted to show my first attempt. I went all out to make the bottles look complete with my label etc.Mama wont let me try my hand at moonshine!

Thanks. With it just being in the bottle a few days it taste great. really happy and surprised for my first real attempt.. I'm only 45 min from the Boro!

Cool! I haven't tried making wine yet. Done beer several times, may take on wine after this batch of beer gets bottled.

My buddys dad use to make muscadine wine years ago. Man it was good

Darn fine job!!!! I've been brewing beer for 4-5 years now. I've been considering venturing out into meads or maybe even wines. Alot of the equipment is similar...

Big up's on the label too! I'm rather partial to Danes myself.

Congratulations!! I know it is great. This winemaking thing used to be a big deal just north of where i live here in east tennessee. The old time italian coal miners and stonemasons made wine. It is a great hobby and a grand tradition!!

I tried a kit for my first. I tried a gallon jug of juice and it turned out ok. The kit I did made right at 28 bottles. Love my big ol boy Zeek. The first dane I've ever had and love it!!! Come on down for a tasting goto the range right down the street first! Because you shouldn't drink and shoot!!!!

The first batch is the most fun. Nice labels, mine are usually tape marked with a Sharpie. Here are some of the varieties I have going at the moment. It is addictive.

Can't wait to star another big batch and a couple small. There are so many things to make wine out of. Definitly think I'm addicted like reloading.
