I don't know what I'm going to do with the old press. I'll probably keep it just in case I want to work up a small batch of something.

They are running the free bullet offer til the end of December.

Yes the workbench is a much better location for the press than the shelf was. I basically had that because I didn't want to drill into my work bench until I knew what I needed, was going to get, and if I even liked reloading at all. Now that that's settled, it's there. It's very sturdy. the workbench weighs about 500lbs so it's not going anywhere.

Jeremy, I looked at quite a few presses before I got mine. I played with some Dillon's, the Hornady LnL, and an RCBS Pro 2000. I liked the Hornady best of all. Ultimate Reloader is a good place to look as well. Gavin has quite a selection of presses and a ton of information on his site.

I got my feet wet with my Lee Turret and now I have been thinking of that model for a while now, hear great reviews on it...

What I have not figured out yet is the die system...Taper crimp dies are separate from die sets ? I know with my cheap Lee press

It can make even banged up brass come out straight and true and pass the headspace gauge test
