Not in the budget right now. I promise to make it to one of them.

Anyone with small kids go to the Wolfchase mall on Saturday or Sunday mornings?

What about a Zoo outing for those of us with kids. A chance to give the spouse a break and us to have some fun with the kids?

I know, I know...Go to the range, but as previously stated not going on right now.

One will probably come up, but no one has suggested one at this time that I know of.

Brian suggested something else for a change, maybe just a get-together-and-hang-out kinda thing, which wouldn't be a bad idea . . . personally, I'm up for both, as it's just fun to hang out with other shooters, regardless of any shooting going on.

That's an idea . . . 7:00 pm would give me time to get off work and eat something before we shot--I don't always get a lunch at the shop, so definite meal times are always a plus with me.

So who's up for just a hang-out thing, like Brian suggested?

So, how many of you Memphis TGO'ers shot their date? :)

Better yet, meet on the last Friday night of the month and catch (or at least watch) RUSA's last-Friday-of-the-month IDPA match. They shoot every Tuesday night and, you guessed it, the last Friday of each month.

Deerslayer,

Are you suggesting the last Friday of the month be the hang-out meeting, or both the shoot and the hang-out meeting?

Thanks.

David

its REALLLLY busy during the idpa matches, they use the "small side" for the public, and generally get to a wait list pretty quick...especially on date night....so thise that dont shoot IDPA wont get to play :)

I'd be cool with 7:00 PM third Friday of each month, no problem.

Whichever one works for the most people. Hang out and shoot IDPA, or simply hang out and eat. Typically, I get off work too late to make the matches, but I can usually be there for a 7 pm meet-n-eat. In fact, it's rare that I shoot at all during the week, but I'm off work today. I will be there tonight (for the IDPA match). If anybody is there tonight, I'll be the lefty in the green vest. :D
