The best way I've found to vent frustrations is splitting wood with an axe. I just wish I had a fireplace. Shooting is fun, but I find it far more fun when the targets explode. Haven't been to a range where I could do that in ages. Riding my motorcycle at an elevated pace down a curvy road is theraputic as well. It forces me to put all other things out of my mind and focus on the task at hand. Beyond that, hiking, bicycling, playing with my son, ...
