Surviving the Cut : Discovery Channel

Been watching this for a several weeks. Last night they had Army Combat Divers. One of the cadre explained them as this, they are an even a smaller elite group inside an elite group. These guys were already SF, Rangers, etc.

I watched last night's show too. I liked the "military grade paintball guns"... Thought that was kind of funny... Ah well, good show.

They looked very real....except for the funny hopper on the rail!

Just think, that is what the military says they can show, what about all the stuff they can't show!:P

Good show. I didn't see the one last night, but the one earlier in the week, repeat maybe, about the Recon Marines was really good. I liked their motto. "this is gonna suck".

A lot of paintball guns look VERY REAL. Idk, maybe they have access to a paintball manufacturer that my business didn't...

And I know, that's kinda scary about what they can't show...

One of my friends is in the airport and he was talking to us one day, I told him I wanted to ask him in 10 years what he was flying as long as his response would be, "An airplane that doesn't exist"

Hmm, don't know about the paintball thing, I assumed that they just meant that they were replicas, minus the hopper, of their issued rifles.. Dunno.

We had ones like this, too... But they all need hoppers..

I did notice one guy running around with a big paint splat on his nose... Glad it wasn't a live round...

Have been watching the show....brings back memories. Once upon a time...I DID NOT make the CUT...but I darn sure learned what and where my LIMITS were, and I'm a better man for having tried. No shame in going to your limit and coming up short.

That's true.. There are millions of people that won't even try.
