I just thought I would let you guys know that my Gun dealer is now a stocking dealer for C.O. Arms from West Tennessee

1199.00 is kinda steep for a new unknown gun company....but that's just me.

I know nothing about them except that George would not be a dealer for them if they were not very nice guns It is strange that they only offer commander size 1911's and no Government models at least from what I could find

Edit: after reading some posts about these 1911's I would definitely pass on them for now the reason that I posted this was because there was interest about this company a few months ago, but after reading what some respected friends have written about them I would not buy one

All I can say is, watch out. It may not do what you ask it to do. My local gun shop had some and had to send them back due to none performance reasons, such as not feeding and not even ejecting properly. He felt like they had not been test fired at all. He says he will not carry them any longer. It would be nice to have a mfg in TN, but we need a good one. Not someone putting out junk guns.

Oh, they look good, but performance is where it counts, unless you just want something to lay around and look at. You buy it, you will be sorry
