Teaching them young

Tonight at dinner, my son whom is six years old and myself were waiting in line to order. A Tennessee State trooper was in front of us waiting to order. My son looks up at me and says "Dad he has a pistol" I replied yes. He then looks back at trooper and his gun and says " Dad it's even a Glock." At this point the trooper turned around and said "Yes it is son." I just grinned ear to ear. Trooper looks at me and says " Doing a nice job there." I was really proud of him for recognizing it as a Glock. I know some adults that can't recognize a Glock :):

The caption for the pic was "Startin' 'em out young!", originally.

The kids... or Goldfish?

If it's kids... I'm good for about 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 years.

Now you just need to teach your son the different Glock models. That would really impress the officer. If he was a state trooper it was probably a G31 or 32 right?
