you also can't see if maybe the truck had a turn arrow and the guy on the scooter just went on through.

Hard to tell who is to blame here.

Everyone seems quick to blame the non two wheeled motorist in these deals. There is a guy on a chopper I see a couple of time a week on I-640 if I get out of work right about 6 pm. He is a hazard to himself and everyone else out there. Weaving all over the place, last night he actually went between me in the left lane and a car riding in the middle lane. And then did it two more times befotre I lost sight of him. I have seen him on the break down lane as well. Motorcycle riders are not all angels and without fault.

Just sayin....

After further reviewing of the clip I will dare say there probably was a turn arrow for the truck, as I can also see cars making left hand turns who are coming from the same direction as the scooter was.
